This site is designed to share our holiday-experiences with our family and friends. Of course we also want to share our adventures with other globetrekkers. Perhaps you will gain ideas or will find our experiences usefull. Who are we; We are Piet and Marian de Vaan and we live in 's-Hertogenbosch (a city in the south of the Netherlands). From the moment we spend the summerholiday of 1987 in a small summerhouse in France we decided to plan a trip abroad annualy. Looking at the countries we visited we think we are becoming quite experienced globetrekkers. We hope you will enjoy looking at our photographs and reading our holiday diaries (only in dutch available in the Dutch version of our site). On our last vacation we went to Iran.
